Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Front End Developer with expertise in modern React ecosystems and component libraries. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Next.js development, modern CSS frameworks, and component design systems. You will collaborate with a team of engineers to build intuitive, responsive user interfaces that power our AI-first applications, while maintaining high standards of code quality and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using Next.js and React
• Build and maintain reusable component libraries using Shadcn/ui and custom components
• Implement pixel-perfect designs with Tailwind CSS and modern styling approaches
• Develop and optimize user interfaces that integrate seamlessly with AI-driven backend services
• Create intuitive user experiences for complex creative workflows and AI tools
• Collaborate with designers to translate mockups and prototypes into production-ready code
• Implement state management solutions and optimize application performance
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented frontend code
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across all devices
• Optimize applications for speed, accessibility, and SEO
• Stay current with frontend development trends and best practices

Technical Requirements:

Frontend Development (Must Have):

• Next.js: Strong experience with Next.js 13+ including App Router, Server Components, and modern patterns
• React: Expertise in React development, hooks, state management, and component architecture
• Tailwind CSS: Proficiency in utility-first CSS framework and responsive design patterns
• Shadcn/ui: Experience with Shadcn/ui component library and customization
• Design Systems: Strong understanding of component-based design systems and reusable UI patterns

Additional Frontend Skills:

• Experience with TypeScript for type-safe development
• Knowledge of modern build tools and bundlers
• Understanding of performance optimization techniques
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
• Experience with version control using Git and GitHub workflows

Nice to Have:

• Vercel: Experience with Vercel deployment platform and edge functions
• Vercel AI SDK: Familiarity with AI integration patterns and streaming interfaces
• Python: Basic understanding for backend integration and API communication
• PostgreSQL: Knowledge of database integration and data modeling
• Neo4j: Experience with graph databases and knowledge graph visualization
• Experience with animation libraries (Framer Motion, Lottie)
• Knowledge of WebGL, Three.js, or other 3D web technologies
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts for better product integration
• Experience with headless CMS integration
• Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of professional experience in frontend development
• Proven track record of building and deploying modern web applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating React/Next.js projects and UI/UX implementation
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
